It has all of the equipment that you need for strength training and cardio. It also has a long list of classes, including barre, kickboxing, tap dancing and Latin dance.

Reviewers on Yelp praise Rock Hard Fitness for its diverse classes, friendly staff and modern equipment. If you have a ClassPass that helps you stay healthy on the road, you can use it at Rock Hard Fitness.

The gym is open from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday. It's closed on Saturday, but Rock Hard is open on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Green Day Cafe - Best Healthy Restaurant

Green Day Cafe makes fast, healthy foods that you can eat on the go. If you're hurrying to your next client meeting, you can stop by this restaurant for a quick bite. Green Day Cafe also caters events, so you could bring food to your next business meeting in Orlando.

Some favorite menu items include the butternut squash soup, guacamole salad and seven-layer rice bowl.

Green Day Cafe is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. The restaurant is closed on Sunday.
