Kiki Burton Joins as Chief Growth Officer From Plaid; Etsy Veteran Mike Jacobs Appointed as CMO and President, Consumer

Previously, she was key to Credit Karma’s acquisition by Intuit and led global product management for data platform solutions at Adobe. As Upside’s Chief Growth Officer, Burton will focus on expanding active retailers, driving retailer engagement and providing consumers with more places to earn cash back.
Jacobs is an award-winning marketer with over two decades of experience across brand, performance, and product. He joins Upside after leading growth at Etsy, acquiring buyers and sellers across the globe and optimizing billions in media investment. Previously, he led brand and ROI-driven campaigns for companies such as Netflix, Yahoo!, AT&T, Viacom, and The Wall Street Journal. As Upside’s new Chief Marketing Officer & President, Consumer, Jacobs will focus on amplifying the brand, optimizing full-funnel media, and driving the overall consumer experience for maximum marketplace impact.
